Airport Pickup
Please contact us to arrange pick up from Moi International Airport in Mombasa or from the Diani airstrip. Alternatively, many taxis are also available from Moi International Airport, and rates can be negotiated. Kindly contact reservations@baharidhow.com to follow your request and for any rates enquiry.
From Nairobi By Air
There are daily flights from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi to Moi International Airport in Mombasa. Alternatively, you can fly from Wilson airport in Nairobi directly to the Diani airstrip, thereby avoiding the traffic and potential delays in Mombasa town and at the ferry!
You can also fly from both Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and Wilson Airport to the Diani Ukunda Airstrip
From Mombasa Town
Follow Jomo Kenyatta Ave south, past the Akamba bus station to Digo Road / Nyerere Ave. Turn right onto Digo Road / Nyerere Ave and drive 2 km to the ferry (also known as Likoni ferry). You can also take a taxi to the ferry.
Depending on traffic, you may have to wait up to 30 minutes to an hour for the ferry. Once you have crossed the ferry on to the south coast, drive approximately 30 km on the Diani-Ukunda road to Ukunda junction. Turn left at Ukunda junction and drive a further 2 km to Diani Road. Turn left at the T-junction on to Diani road and drive 1 km to arrive at Bahari Dhow Beach Villas.
